I’m Shuki Cohen, a tour guide and educator from Jerusalem with more than 15 years in the tourism industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of sharing the rich history and spirituality of the Holy Land with countless visitors.
During the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent events following October 7, I turned my focus to something deeply meaningful. I spent these difficult years channeling my knowledge and passion into writing a comprehensive guidebook, Sacred Steps in the Holy Land.
"Sacred Steps in the Holy Land" meticulously explores 66 holy sites across Israel, each revealing layers of history, traditions, and prophecies that deepen our understanding of this sacred land. Although there are additional minor sites that I didn't cover, I chose this symbolic number to parallel the 66 books of the Bible and the chapters in the Book of Isaiah, which I frequently quote and which profoundly influences this exploration.
